Can I ask anything during the Q&A?

What is the maximum number of guests?

The event is strictly limited to 180 guests. This is intentional — we want every guest to have a genuine, unhurried experience rather than feeling like one of thousands.

What are the photo rules?

Professional photos only during the meet-and-greet. Personal phones and cameras are not permitted during the 1-on-1 photo opportunity, this ensures the best quality result for you and a consistent, dignified experience for Hugh. Our professional photographer will capture your moment. Digital downloads are sent within 48 hours; print options are available to order.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are strictly non-transferable and are issued in the name of the original purchaser. If you are unable to attend, official resale is available through our website only or we can do a full refund if cancelled 10 days before the event. We cannot accept tickets purchased through third-party resellers, and such tickets will be voided on entry, we want to make the event as exclusive as possible.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

In the event that the event is cancelled or significantly altered by the organiser, a full 100% refund will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you are travelling from outside London.

Can I buy more than 6 tickets?

A maximum of 6 tickets per order is enforced to prevent scalping and ensure fair access. If you have a specific group requirement, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will there be tickets available on the door?

No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through this website. There will be no door sales. We strongly advise booking early, previous events of this nature have sold out within days.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The Savoy is fully wheelchair accessible, with lift access to all event areas. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance and we will ensure everything is arranged to your satisfaction.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual to cocktail attire. This is an evening at The Savoy is one of London's most iconic hotels. We ask that guests dress accordingly. No trainers, please.

Is there parking at The Savoy?

Yes the Savoy has a valet parking service.

What is the COVID / health policy?

We will follow all applicable UK government health guidelines in place at the time of the event. Any updates to our health policy will be communicated to ticket holders by email in advance.
