About Hugh

Still Making Hearts Flutter at Sixty-Five

From bumbling bachelor to sinister theologian Hugh Grant remains Britain's most disarming screen icon. His rom-com legacy is the stuff of legend: Four Weddings and a FuneralNotting HillLove ActuallyBridget Jones's Diary. Films that defined a generation's idea of romantic love, British charm, and perfectly timed self-deprecation.

Recent years have revealed a darker, more complex talent: the menacing preacher in Heretic, the delightfully unhinged Oompa Loompa in Wonka, and the sharp-tongued scene-stealer in Glass Onion. And now, he returns to where it all began Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy.

"He's the rare actor who makes you feel he's talking directly to you and only you."
